After School Activities
The fun doesn’t have to end at 15:30! We offer after school care and a range of after school clubs every day. Clubs are from 15:45 to 16:45 and after school care is possible everyday until 17:30. If plans change, or you can not arrive for pick-up time, it is possible to phone or e-mail the school at anytime to register your child for after school care.
After School Care
After School Care is for students of all ages! Children can play outside or inside with games and sports equipment, or older children can study quietly. Our Care Supervisors ensure that children have the freedom to unwind after the school day, with proper attention and guidance.
Students are dismissed from class at 15:30 (or 12:00 on half-days). After school care is available for all students until 17:30 every day (including half-days). After school care is charged per half-hour (or part thereof) and is invoiced at the end of each trimester.
After School Care is flexible. Parents can register their child for after school care as needed; simply sign up at reception, or notify us via phone or e-mail.
After School Clubs
After School Clubs are for Primary and Secondary students who are looking for a fun and interesting weekly activity to participate in! Clubs are offered per trimester, with new offerings to keep students engaged. Typically, each trimester will consist of about 8-10 weekly sessions. Clubs take place from 15:45-16:45. Clubs are charged per session and are invoiced at the end of each trimester.
E-mails will be sent to parents in September, December, and March with an overview of the coming trimester’s club offerings, along with instructions and dates for enrolling their child.
The available clubs change every trimester. Some examples of past clubs include Cooking Club, Multi-Sports Club, Art Club, Yoga Club, Lego Robotics Club, Readers’ Theatre Club, Art with AI Club, and more!

Practical Information
When picking up your child from After School Care or Clubs, please remember to sign out with the Care Supervisor.
Teachers and Care Supervisors will only allow a child to leave once they have seen a parent or assigned caregiver at pick-up time, or once they have been signed out from After School Care. From Year 5, students are allowed to leave school independently, with parental permission. (You can e-mail us or ask at reception for a permission form.)
