Happy Holidays

This term has been great academically, as the students in Year 3 and 4 have worked very hard. I would like to thank you for providing them with support throughout this term.

In IPC we looked at the human body and had a lot of fun learning about the different body parts and how they function. We went to the ‘Wereld of Kina’ (Children's museum) where they had an exhibition on the human body. We also had a guest speaker at school Bart de Pauw who talked to us about the human skeleton and how our muscles work.

We had our Christmas show, which was a big success. Year 3 and 4 worked hard in learning all the moves and I would like to congratulate them all on an excellent performance!

This week we made Christmas cookies with Miss Anya’s class. Year 3 and 4 students helped them to make cookies using different shapes. We baked them and afterwards we all gathered and enjoyed the cookies we made. Thank you Miss Anya, it was a lot of fun.

We finished our last week of school with some Christmas arts and craft activities. We even made elf versions of ourselves.

As the year ends, I would like to send winter holiday wishes for a fabulous winter holiday. I wish you all lots of fun and enjoyment during the winter holiday period. Have a happy holiday.
