Special visitors

As part of our IPC project on 'Fashion' we took an in-depth look into ancient civilisations. The children worked in pairs to find out about what clothes and accessories were worn hundreds of years ago. The children then presented their new knowledge at assembly last week with great pride! We are now developing our sewing and knitting techniques and the children are making scarfs, hats and bags.

Luka was given the Head Master Award at assembly for being so motivated and for his overall improvement and Shane was given the Golden Box Award for being such a caring and helpful child. We feel very proud of both boys for such achievements.

A baby guinea pig spent a morning with us in class and the children took great care in feeding and loving him.  They showed great respect towards the little one.

Diya and Avyukth got to test their skills at the Lego Challenge, and both succeeded in producing fun animals, a gorilla and a crocodile.

As Christmas is just around the corner we were privilaged to have St.Nicholas visit the school on Friday and the children were overwhelmed by his kind and motivating words.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my students, their parents and the staff at ISG for making my birthday a very special day, I am very grateful.

Wishing you all a relaxing weekend.
